The official homepage states that CSGOEmpire is operated by Moonrail Limited B.V., Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao (company registration 148182), licensed in Curaçao under licence number OGL/2024/1183/0869. The Help Centre currently organises roulette, coinflip, cases, case battles, match betting, and XP/bonus/daily rewards. CSGOEmpire is not a full slots lobby. If you want a wide casino catalogue, this is the wrong product family — and that is a factual observation, not a ranking.

Roulette

CSGOEmpire roulette is not European or American wheel roulette. Official fairness documentation maps a roll onto 15 segments: bonus/dice, seven T (orange) and seven CT (black). Colour bets and the dice bet are the published structure. The Help Centre states a 6.66% house edge. Coinflip

Coinflip is a heads/tails style game against another player or a bot. Official material says the result is not generated until someone joins, then a future EOS block is used. A May 2023 update reduced the house cut to 0.5% and set XP to 10 per Empire Coin wagered. Bot flips have a documented max; PvP is described as unlimited. That update also called the change temporary — recheck before you treat 0.5% as permanent.

Cases

Case openings consume coins for a ticketed reward table. Official help states an 8.8% house edge for cases and case battles. The spinner is documented as visual only. This review does not invent item odds; those live on each case on the official site.

Case battles

Battles put multiple players (up to four in the fairness examples) through the same case sequence. Results use a future EOS block after the lobby fills. Tiebreakers are documented as an extra round. Same 8.8% house-edge article covers battles.

Match betting

Match betting is CSGOEmpire's sportsbook-style product: singles, combos, bet builder, system bets, and optional cash out when the odds provider offers it. XP and bonus cases

Wagering earns XP at mode-specific rates. The 4 June 2026 Help Centre article lists 100 XP per Empire Coin on roulette, 88 on cases and battles, 10 on coinflip, 25 on match singles or bet builder, 50 on combos or system bets, and zero on some refund-style bets. Bonus-case tiers have cooldowns from one hour (Rust) to six hours (Gold and above). Daily cases replaced an older daily-coin pool: a slice of house edge accrues, then you claim or forfeit a portion every 24 hours.

Skins and Steam

Counter-Strike items move through a P2P marketplace, not site-owned bots, according to official help. That means Steam trade offers, trade URLs, Steam Guard, and Steam's trade-protection window all sit between you and “instant” value. Phishing aimed at CSGOEmpire users is common enough that we treat Steam security as mandatory reading.

Deposits

Who it may suit

CSGOEmpire may suit someone who already understands CS2 skins, can use Steam Guard correctly, wants a small set of modes rather than a huge casino grid, and can afford to lose the coins they put in. It is a poor fit if you need guaranteed withdrawals on your timetable, want legal certainty in a restricted country, or are looking for income.
