What this policy covers

This privacy notice describes csgoempire.help — an independent static information site. It does not describe CSGOEmpire’s own product. Play, balances, KYC and chat on csgoempire.com are governed by CSGOEmpire, not by us.

What this site is

CSGOEmpire.help is a Next.js content site: HTML pages, images and a small amount of JavaScript required to render the app. There are no user accounts, no member profiles, and no password database. We do not collect Steam credentials, Guard codes, cookies from csgoempire.com, trade URLs, or inventory screenshots as a product feature — and we ask you not to send them.

What we collect

By default, this application’s bundled code does not include third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or social trackers. This policy does not claim Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar tools, because they are not part of the default site bundle.

If a hosting or CDN provider injects their own operational tooling, that is their processing, described in their terms — see hosting below. We will not pretend those vendor logs are “anonymous first-party analytics we designed.”

Contact

If a contact email is configured for this deployment (via environment variables), the contact page may show a mailto link. Mail you send then sits in that inbox, including whatever you wrote and your sending address. If no public inbox is published, we are not collecting contact form posts — there is no site-hosted GET form required to use the pages.

Hosting and server logs

When the site is served by a hosting provider (for example a cloud platform or CDN), that provider typically records request metadata: IP address, time, path, user-agent, referrer. Those logs are the host’s, retained according to the host’s policies, used for security, debugging and abuse prevention. This information site does not run a separate analytics warehouse on top of them by default.

Other websites

Links to csgoempire.com (including the MAX50 referral URL), help.csgoempire.com, Steam Support, BeGambleAware and NCPG send you to those operators. Their cookies and privacy notices apply once you leave csgoempire.help. Referral links may be commercially tagged; that does not give us access to your CSGOEmpire account.

Changes

If the site’s actual behaviour changes — for example if an analytics script is added later — this page should be updated to match reality, not a generic template. Questions: contact. Related: terms of use.
