Abstract 15-segment roulette wheel with amber, steel-blue and gold bonus segments

CSGOEmpire Roulette is a fast, repeating round on Empire Coins. Players stake on orange (T), black (CT), or the bonus/dice outcome, then watch a wheel settle. That sentence is as far as a generic “roulette” label should go. The wheel, the mapping, the edge and the seed schedule are CSGOEmpire-specific, and they are documented in Help Centre articles — not in a casino textbook.

This guide only uses facts we can cite: the official fairness mapping (15 segments), the 6.66% house-edge article dated 28 November 2023, the max-bet article dated 13 February 2025, the XP article updated 4 June 2026, and the daily-cases examples dated 20 April 2025. Last checked 15 August 2026. Rules, limits and rewards can change.

Not European roulette

CSGOEmpire Roulette is not European roulette. It is not a 37-pocket layout with a single zero, and it is not American double-zero roulette either. Those products have their own pocket counts, bet types and published edges. Importing them here would be invented mechanics.

What CSGOEmpire publishes is a 15-segment result. Official fairness PHP is summarised in Help Centre copy as roll = hash % 15. That remainder is the segment. Everything else on this page hangs off that mapping and the house-edge article — not off “even money on red” folklore from land-based tables.

The 15 segments

Official fairness documentation maps the roll as follows:

  • 0 — bonus / dice
  • 1–7 — orange (T)
  • 8–14 — black (CT)

Orange and black each occupy seven of the fifteen segments. The remaining segment is the bonus/dice outcome. We do not invent a Dice payout multiplier here; if you need the live payout, read it on the roulette table on csgoempire.com. The house-edge article is the published summary of the operator advantage (6.66%), not a substitute for reading the stake buttons in front of you.

A deeper walkthrough of seeds and rolls is on roulette fairness. This page stays at the level you need to understand the game; that page stays at the level you need to understand verification after the server seed is revealed.

How a round works

Each round accepts stakes on T, CT and Dice up to the documented maxima, then resolves to one of the fifteen segments. You do not need a copied script to play. You do need to know that the visual spin is presenting a result that the fairness system already committed to for that timestamp in the 24-hour tape — see the fairness section below — rather than a dealer physically dropping a ball.

T and CT are opposing colours. The max-bet article notes that T and CT counteract each other when measuring the 1,000,000 total. Hedging both colours is not a way around the house edge; it is a way the operator counts combined exposure. Dice is a separate, smaller cap.

If you are still setting up an account, the MAX50 referral page explains the advertised free-case signup offer. The referral URL is https://csgoempire.com/r/MAX50. Confirm eligibility on-site before you deposit.

House edge

CSGOEmpire's Help Centre article “What's the house edge? (Roulette)” states a 6.66% house edge. The article date we cite is 28 November 2023. That is not a session tax that is subtracted from every winning bet as a visible fee. It is the long-run operator advantage implied by the published rules.

You can see why a 15-segment layout with seven T, seven CT and one bonus segment cannot be “fair even money” on a colour bet: seven winning segments out of fifteen is not half. We still do not recast that observation as a European-roulette lecture, and we do not invent Dice math. The 6.66% figure is the operator's published number. If the Help Centre updates it, the live article wins.

Compare this with other modes on the games hub: coinflip currently documents a 0.5% cut; cases and battles document 8.8%. A lower or higher edge does not make a round “due” to win or lose.

Max bets

The Help Centre article “What's the max bet? (Roulette)”, dated 13 February 2025, lists:

  • 250,000 coins on T (orange)
  • 250,000 coins on CT (black)
  • 50,000 coins on Dice
  • 1,000,000 coins total across sides

T and CT counteract each other for that total. Dice has its own lower cap. These are operator limits, not advice that staking near the cap is sensible. Limits can be changed in a later article or on the live table. Last checked 15 August 2026.

How fairness is documented

Roulette is included in CSGOEmpire's provably fair coverage. Match betting is not; roulette is. The Help Centre article “How is roulette fair?” describes a daily schedule, not a per-click EOS block.

At 00:00 UTC the operator generates the next 24 hours of results. The ingredients are:

  • a server seed — described as the SHA-256 hash of 16 random bytes
  • a public seed — five pairs of numbers in the range 01–39

While that day is in progress, the server seed is shown as a hash so it cannot be silently swapped without detection. The following day at 00:00 UTC, the server seed is unhashed. Anyone who saved the public seed and the hashed server seed can then check that the published rolls match. The official place to do that is https://csgoempire.com/fairness.

We describe the variables. We do not paste a working verifier, and we do not reproduce official PHP in full. Conceptual checks belong on CSGOEmpire's fairness page and in the roulette fairness guide. A round looking “streaky” is not evidence of a broken hash; short samples do that on any 15-segment wheel.

XP and daily cases

The XP article updated 4 June 2026 lists 100 XP per 1 Empire Coin wagered on roulette — the highest per-coin rate among the published game modes. That is a rewards rate, not a rebate of the 6.66% edge.

Daily cases (20 April 2025) replaced daily coins. Official examples put 25% of house edge from roulette into the daily pool. The worked example for 100 coins on roulette is 1.665 coins to the pool. Daily claim is 5% of your pool; unclaimed claim is lost. Details, cooldowns and cash-out of 90% of a claim are on the XP and bonus cases page. Rewards change.

Responsible gambling

A 6.66% house edge means expected value is negative. Fast rounds make it easy to stake more than you intended. Set a limit before you open the table. Play only where gambling is lawful for you. If roulette stops being entertainment, stop. See responsible gambling for practical checks and external help organisations. This page is independent information, not official support.

FAQ

Is CSGOEmpire roulette the same as European roulette?
No. Official fairness documentation maps a hash onto 15 segments, not a 37-pocket European wheel. Do not import European payout tables or “single-zero” explanations as if they were CSGOEmpire rules.
What does each segment mean?
From the official fairness mapping: roll = hash % 15. A 0 is the bonus/dice segment. Rolls 1–7 are orange (T). Rolls 8–14 are black (CT). Last checked 15 August 2026; the Help Centre can change the description.
What is the house edge on CSGOEmpire roulette?
The Help Centre article “What's the house edge? (Roulette)” states 6.66%. That article is dated 28 November 2023. Recheck it before you treat the figure as current.
What are the max bets?
A 13 February 2025 Help Centre article lists 250,000 coins on T, 250,000 on CT, 50,000 on Dice, and 1,000,000 total across sides, with T and CT counteracting each other. Limits can change.
How is roulette fair?
At 00:00 UTC CSGOEmpire generates the next 24 hours of results from a server seed (SHA-256 of 16 random bytes) and a public seed (five pairs of numbers from 01–39). The server seed is shown hashed while in use and unhashed the next day at 00:00 UTC. Verify on csgoempire.com/fairness — this site does not host a verifier.
How much XP does roulette give?
The 4 June 2026 XP article lists 100 XP per 1 Empire Coin on roulette. Daily-case examples also use roulette when showing pool contributions. Rates change.
