No. CSGOEmpire.help is an independent information site. The official product is at csgoempire.com. This site is not operated by CSGOEmpire and is not official support.
Is CSGOEmpire legit?
CSGOEmpire is a long-running Counter-Strike skin gambling site with a public help centre, documented house edges, and a published Curaçao licence notice on its official homepage. Legitimacy still depends on using the real domain, understanding gambling risk, and checking current terms yourself. This site does not issue a rating or guarantee.
Where should I go for account-specific support?

Are skin trades with bots?
Official help says Counter-Strike deposits and withdrawals are player-to-player, not site-owned bots. Sellers may still use their own listing bots.

XP

How much XP does each game give?
As of the 4 June 2026 XP article: 100 XP per Empire Coin on roulette, 88 on cases and battles, 10 on coinflip, 25 on match-bet singles or bet builder, 50 on combos or system bets, and 0 on certain free-money, no-risk, refund or 1.00-odds bets. Recheck the official article; this changes.

Fairness

Are all CSGOEmpire games provably fair?
Official documentation says a provably fair system covers game modes excluding match betting. Match betting uses an odds provider and is not described as provably fair.
Does CSGOEmpire.help verify my results?
No. This site explains the documented methods and links to csgoempire.com/fairness. It does not run a verifier or independently certify a round.

Troubleshooting

A skin is missing after a trade. What now?
Check Steam trade history, CSGOEmpire pending trades, whether trade protection still applies, and official dispute/tracking guidance. Do not send items to anyone claiming to be support off-site.
