Guide vs problem

Creating or joining a flip, the documented 0.5% house cut, and bot max bets belong in the coinflip guide. Fairness method: coinflip fairness. Stay here when a join did not stick, a result looks inconsistent with the UI, or you cannot find the round afterwards.

Only documented checks follow. Unpublished matchmaking internals will not be guessed. Use csgoempire.com as the source of truth for whether you are in a round.

Join and creation problems

   Confirm the bet actually left in official history

   If coins never moved, you likely never joined. If they moved, look for the round ID in the live UI before assuming a theft.

   Distinguish player flips from bot flips

   Official materials discuss both. A flip that filled with a bot is not automatically an error. Max-bet rules are in CSGOEmpire’s coinflip max-bet article — recheck current numbers there.

   One tab, real domain

   Two tabs can show two join states. Close extras. Do not join from a lookalike.

   Connection drop during animation

   The animation is not the authority. Reload the official history. If history is empty and coins are gone, that is on-site support — not a Discord recast.

Result disagreements

Coinflip results are documented as EOS-based: private seed, a future EOS block as public seed, and round ID. If you believe the coin UI showed one face and history another, treat history plus official fairness docs as the record. Screen recordings of a 3D coin are not a fairness proof, similar to the case spinner being visual in case openings.

House cut (0.5% in official help) means winning does not return 2× the full join in the naive sense people expect from a physical coin. Disappointing math is not the same as a failed join. Read the guide before filing a fairness complaint that is actually the rake.

Fairness without a verifier

Compare seeds and round identifiers on csgoempire.com/fairness using CSGOEmpire’s own article “How is coinflip fair?” This independent site will not certify a round. Related: how provably fair works. Case battles also use EOS in official docs but are a different checklist — do not mix them with coinflip joins.

Account-wide problems (cannot log in, cannot deposit the coins you just won) are not coinflip bugs. Use login or withdrawal pending. If the “coinflip issue” arrived as a DM with a login link, it is phishing.
