Withdrawal Pending
What a pending CSGOEmpire withdrawal can mean for skin trades and crypto, including confirmations, KYC prompts, and official documentation to check.

What “pending” can mean
The withdrawal guide explains the happy path. This page is for when a payout has not finished: no skin in Steam, coins in limbo, or a crypto request that has not landed. Identify the rail first. Skin P2P and crypto are different systems with different official articles.
Work on csgoempire.com. Do not accept a DM that will “process the withdraw” if you log in elsewhere. CSGOEmpire Help cannot move coins or items.
Skin withdrawal checklist
- 1
Confirm the withdraw still exists on the official site
Open pending trades while signed in on csgoempire.com. If nothing is there, you may be looking at a cancelled request or the wrong account. - 2
Check Steam trade offers and inventory
An incoming offer might be waiting for you. A completed offer should show in Steam history even if the CSGOEmpire UI still says pending. Do not confirm an offer you did not start from the marketplace — see phishing troubleshooting. - 3
Check whether the seller is documented as online
Official help: online = activity in the last 10 minutes or the seller is using a bot. Waiting on an offline peer can look like a hang. It is not proof of theft. - 4
Remember when coins are supposed to move
Documented behaviour: coins deduct after the item is received. If coins already left, focus on Steam receipt and tracking, not on “the click.” - 5
Allow documented protection/tracking time
Official P2P notes describe tracking after 7 days because of Steam trade protection, disputes up to 48 hours after a reversal, and an ~8 day protection mention in instant credit. Early panic is common; still verify rather than sending items to a “restorer.”
If the skin is simply not in inventory after a completed Steam trade, continue on missing skin. Offer mismatches and expired windows: trade problem.
If it was crypto or KYC
Official help says skin depositors do not need to wager to withdraw crypto, but cash or crypto depositors must wager the full deposit before crypto withdrawal. CSGOEmpire states it is not a crypto exchange. A help article describes crypto KYC typically after 4500 Empire Coins withdrawn via crypto in total, with the security system able to trigger earlier. Confirm current thresholds in official docs — they can change.
Manual review is a documented state (“account under manual review”). This site cannot clear it. Use on-site support. Do not send identity documents to a lookalike URL or to this website.
Support
CSGOEmpire on-site support is the channel for site-side holds. Steam Support is the channel for Guard and missing Steam offers. There is no operator email invented here. If you cannot even sign in, fix that via login problems before you assume the withdraw vanished.
