Match the symptom

Steam trading is the explainer. Use this page when a specific P2P offer misbehaves: nothing to confirm, the wrong items, a cancel, or a tracking/dispute question. If the skin is already gone from both Steam and the site UI, missing skin is a better fit. If you never got a match, deposit pending or withdrawal pending.

All of this assumes csgoempire.com. Off-platform “I’ll send the trade manually” is not a CSGOEmpire trade problem; it is a scam pattern.

Unconfirmed or mismatched offers

  1. 1

Open Steam’s offer and read every item

Names can look similar. If the offer does not match the CSGOEmpire listing, decline. Do not “fix” it by adding extra items for a chat user.
  2. 2

See whether you still need to send or accept

Depositors send. Withdrawers receive. Mixed-up roles create false errors. Coins on withdraw deduct after receipt per official help — do not double-send because coins are still visible.
  3. 3

Confirm on your authenticator only then

Steam Guard is working if it asks. If you cannot confirm, that is a Steam-side block, not an unpublished Empire toggle.

  4. 4

Do not paste a new trade URL into chat

Update trade URLs on the official site if required. Chat collection of URLs is how unwanted offers start — trade URL guide.

Expired auctions and listings

Official deposit help: 30 minutes to send and confirm auction trades; 12 hours for regular listings. If you missed the window, the match is typically over. Relist rather than hunting the other player on Steam. Listing at 6% or less goes to auction; more than 6% goes to the withdraw page — that choice affects how fast a match appears, not whether this site can revive a dead offer.

Seller “online” on withdraw means last 10 minutes of activity or a seller bot, per official withdraw help. An offline peer is a P2P delay. It is not a broken API you can restart with cookies.

Tracking and disputes

Official notes: trade tracking after 7 days because of Steam trade protection; disputes up to 48 hours after a reversal. Instant credit still sits on top of that protection (~8 days mentioned in that article) and punishes abuse/reversals. Use the site’s own tracking/dispute controls if they are shown. If they are not shown, do not invent a form — use on-site support and current Help Centre articles in the Counter-Strike deposits & withdrawals collection.

This website cannot open a dispute for you. We also cannot tell you an unpublished win rate for disputes. After the Steam side is stable, review security before the next listing.

FAQ

The Steam offer expired. Can CSGOEmpire.help restore it?
No. Auction send/confirm is documented as 30 minutes; regular listings 12 hours. An expired offer usually means the P2P match ended. Relist on the official site if you still want to deposit.
Someone says they are the buyer and wants a different trade URL.
Do not send items off the official flow. That is how people lose skins while a real listing also fails. Stay on csgoempire.com.
When does tracking start?
Official P2P material describes tracking after 7 days because of Steam trade protection, with disputes up to 48 hours after a reversal. Confirm on current help articles.
