   Stop confirming Steam Guard prompts you did not start

   Unknown trades are not CSGOEmpire’s 30-minute auction timer.

   Recover email first if the mailbox is hostile

   Steam and CSGOEmpire resets go through email. Use the email provider’s real site. Then Steam.

   Follow Steam’s hijack documentation

   Phishing and hijacked accounts and Steam Guard. Change the Steam password on Steam, not in a Google Doc a helper shared.

   Revoke sessions / devices using Steam’s own settings

   Use Steam’s documented account security controls. Do not paste session strings into a website that offers to “kick the hacker.”

CSGOEmpire checks

Sign in only on the real domain. If you cannot, login problems. Look at pending deposits, withdrawals, and coin movement. Site-side damage is an on-site support ticket. There is no CSGOEmpire email address published on this independent site.

Do not try to “cash out to a safe wallet” under a stranger’s instructions. Do not list remaining skins while Guard is still in chaos. P2P timing and disputes: trade problem and missing skin.

After access is back

Unique passwords. Guard on a device you hold. Read Steam security once, slowly. If you still want to use the product, bookmark csgoempire.com. New accounts can use MAX50, but a free case is irrelevant until Steam is actually yours again.

If the compromise started because you were chasing losses, pair this checklist with responsible gambling rather than an immediate re-deposit.

Keep Steam and CSGOEmpire channels separate

Steam cannot reverse a CSGOEmpire coin wager. CSGOEmpire cannot reset Steam Guard. Mixing those facts in a panic chat is how people hand both accounts to the same stranger. If a skin left via a Steam offer you did not intend, that is a Steam history and hijack problem first. If coins moved on the casino while Steam looks quiet, that is on-site CSGOEmpire support first.

Pending P2P listings you created before the incident may still be live. Do not confirm leftover offers until Guard is back on a device you control. Expired auction windows (30 minutes) and regular listings (12 hours) may simply cancel — that can be preferable to sending items while the account is contested. See trade problem only after you trust the session.

Email is the reset path for both products. If the inbox was the entry point, recovering Steam while leaving email untouched is incomplete. Use the email provider’s official site, then Steam’s documented Guard path, then csgoempire.com. csgoempire.help is not in that chain and will not accept “recovery dumps.”
