Inventory cards in transit, illustrating a pending deposit

This is not the deposit how-to

If you have not listed an item yet, read the deposit guide and Steam trading first. This page assumes a Counter-Strike deposit already looks stuck: coins not credited, a trade sitting open, or a listing that will not clear.

Deposits are player-to-player on csgoempire.com. Another user must withdraw your listing. Pending is often the marketplace waiting, not a hidden ban. Work only on the official host. Anyone offering to “unstick” a deposit in chat is a phishing pattern.

Checklist

  1. 1

    Confirm you are on csgoempire.com

If you listed from a lookalike, treat it as a security incident, not a pending credit.
  2. 2

See whether a buyer actually exists

Auction items need someone to bid/win. Direct listings sit on the withdraw page until another user takes them. No buyer means no Steam trade yet. Re-read listing thresholds in trading (6% auction vs withdraw page) without expecting this site to price the item.

  3. 3

Check Steam for an offer you have not confirmed

If an offer is waiting, confirm only if it matches the listing you created. Auction: 30 minutes to send/confirm. Regular: 12 hours. An expired window can look like “pending forever” when the trade already died.
  4. 4

Check that you sent the correct items

P2P fails if the offer does not match. Do not send substitutes to a stranger who claims to be the buyer off-site.
  5. 5

    Look at CSGOEmpire pending-trades UI

If the live site shows a state, trust that over a screenshot in Discord. Unknown error strings: use official help, do not guess.

Protection and instant credit

Steam trade protection can delay full settlement. Official CSGOEmpire material discusses tracking after 7 days because of that protection, and the instant-credit article mentions an approximately eight-day hold. Partial coin availability can also be instant-credit policy: tiers 1–10, tier 1 is 0, tiers 2–10 need minimum level 40, limit = tier limit + 50% of the daily reward pool. Abuse and reversals are punished per that article.

So “pending” might mean: credited up to a cap, remainder waiting, or the Steam trade not finished. Those are different problems. Instant credit is not a second deposit. If coins appeared and then a reversal happened, dispute timing documented for P2P is up to 48 hours after reversal — confirm on official help before the window closes.

When to use on-site support

Use CSGOEmpire on-site support when you sent a matching Steam trade, the timer has not simply expired, and the site state still disagrees with Steam history. Bring what you can see in your own accounts — not cookies. Steam-only failures (cannot confirm Guard, offer missing on Steam) belong with Steam Guard and Steam Support.

FAQ

Does pending always mean the deposit failed?
No. P2P deposits wait on a buyer, on you sending/confirming the Steam trade, on site confirmation, and sometimes on Steam trade protection or instant-credit limits.
How long is the send window?
Official deposit help: 30 minutes for auction trades, 12 hours for regular listings. If that window expired, the listing may have cancelled rather than credited.
Can this site credit my coins?
No. Use CSGOEmpire on-site support if the documented checks still do not match what you see.
